This is Runway23’s legal homepage, here is where information about Runway23’s operations are published in accordance local and international laws for the services we operate.

We also publish documents such as takedown requests, this as part of our efforts at being as transparent as possible to our customers.

Legally speaking, we are actually Aeropista SAS, and “Runway23” and “R23” is Aeropista SAS’s tradename.

We comply with all regulations and regimes set within the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, and we do our best effort at ensuring that we comply with other international regulations such as the GDPR, CCPA and LGPD.

We do not have a per-country DPO to handle GDPR/CCPA/LGPD requests. All foreign requests are processed in Mexico.

law enforcement

As per articles 189 and 190 of the Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión, and the set Lineamientos de Colaboración en materia de Seguridad y Justicia, we are required to provide the contact information of Aeropista SAS for handling law enforcement requests, which shall be available the 24 hours of the day, and 365 days of the year to attend agencies designated by law in the subject of:

• Requesting and receiving stored data
• Intercepting private communications

When sending correspondence to us for law enforcement purposes, make sure to include:

• “[LE] - (NAME OF THE REQUESTANT AGENCY)” in the subject of the email/letter
• Name and occupation/designation of the requestant
• Username, email, IP, etc, about the subject of the request
• Legal authorisation letter/memo to generate the request

Upon arrival of your request, we will respond by issuing a read reciept. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your request after receiving said read reciept.
